We want you to love your Fahlo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply initiate your request through our portal to receive a refund or exchange for a different size or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided directly through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
